Privacy Policy

Who we are
MY Human Design by Michal Ye'ela is operated by Michal Ye'ela Mashraki, an Israeli sole proprietor based in Rosh HaAyin, Israel ("MY Human Design", "we", "us" or "our").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you visit this website, submit an inquiry, communicate with us or schedule a call.
For privacy questions or requests, contact: admin@my-human-design.com.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:
- Information you submit through the setup or inquiry form, such as your name, email address, phone number, website address, preferred contact method, business needs, design preferences, plan preference and your answers to the questionnaire.
- Information you provide in emails, calls, WhatsApp messages or other communications with us.
- Scheduling information if you choose to book a call, such as your name, email address, time zone, selected time and any information you add to the booking.
- Limited technical information generated when you visit or submit a form, such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, page requests, security logs and approximate location derived from an IP address.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information, health information, information about children or information that is not relevant to your business inquiry.
Interactive demos
The current interactive demonstration uses a fixed set of nine preselected demonstration charts. Visitors do not enter birth information into the demo, and the demo does not transmit visitor birth information to the calculation service.
If a future version of this website allows visitors to enter their own birth information for calculation, this Privacy Policy will be reviewed and updated before that feature is enabled.
Why we use the information
We use personal information to:
- Review your setup and assess whether the service may fit your business.
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up through the contact method you selected.
- Schedule and conduct a call when requested.
- Prepare a proposal, onboarding process or service agreement if you decide to proceed.
- Understand demand, improve the questionnaire, website and service, and develop relevant features.
- Keep the website and form secure, prevent spam and abuse, diagnose errors and maintain business records.
- Comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations and protect our legal rights.
Submitting information through the inquiry form is voluntary and is not required by law. If you do not provide the required contact details, we will not be able to respond to your inquiry or schedule a call.
Where applicable, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the business, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is required by law.
Communications
We may contact you through the method you selected to respond to your inquiry and send limited, relevant follow-up communications concerning that inquiry. This is not enrollment in a newsletter or recurring marketing list.
We will not add you to promotional email campaigns or unrelated marketing communications unless you separately choose to receive them. You may ask us to stop non-essential follow-up communications at any time, and we will honor that request.
Service providers and recipients
We disclose information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Providers currently used or available in the inquiry flow may include:
- Formspark, which receives and stores form submissions and helps filter spam. According to Formspark's published documentation as of the “Last updated” date of this Policy, submission data is stored in Ireland and Germany, and Formspark may retain a submitter's IP address and approximate location for up to 12 months for security, spam prevention and submission reporting. Formspark's practices may change; current information is available in its published Privacy Policy.
- Google, for business email and communication services, including Google Meet when a scheduled meeting is conducted through it.
- Cal.com, if you choose to schedule a call.
- WhatsApp/Meta, if you choose WhatsApp as your preferred contact method.
- Render and other hosting or infrastructure providers, for website delivery, availability and security.
- Professional advisers, authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices and may use infrastructure in countries outside Israel. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use providers and transfer mechanisms that support applicable data-protection requirements.
We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Inquiry information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the inquiry, related business communications and applicable legal or record-keeping needs. Inactive records are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer required.
If you become a customer, relevant information may be retained for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required for accounting, tax, contractual and legal purposes.
Form submissions may remain in Formspark until we delete them, subject to Formspark's own limited retention of security and anti-spam information. Email and communication records may remain in our business inbox and related systems until deleted under our retention practices.
Questionnaire responses may be converted into aggregated or non-identifying insights for product and business planning. Information that no longer identifies an individual may be retained for those purposes.
Security
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No online service or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- Confirm whether we hold personal information about you.
- Provide access to personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete information that is no longer required, where deletion is legally available.
- Restrict or object to certain uses of your information.
- Receive information you provided in a portable format, where a right to data portability applies.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority, where this right applies.
To make a request, email admin@my-human-design.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. Some information may be retained where required by law or where necessary for legal claims, fraud prevention, security or record-keeping.
Children
The inquiry form and business services are intended for adults acting for a business or professional practice. We do not knowingly use the form to collect personal information from children.
External links
The website may link to services or websites operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we recommend reviewing them before providing information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, service providers or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date.

Business Widget Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
Scope
MY Human Design provides website-embedded software and related business services to business customers. This Policy applies only to business purchases of the MY Human Design widget and related B2B services. It does not govern consumer purchases of personal reports, books or other consumer products, which require separate terms where offered.
This website currently allows you to submit an inquiry. Submitting the form does not itself create a purchase, subscription or binding service agreement.
The commercial terms confirmed in your order form, proposal, service agreement or customer-specific annex form part of this policy. If a customer-specific written term conflicts with this general policy, the customer-specific written term will apply.
Monthly subscriptions
A monthly subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
To prevent the next renewal, the cancellation request must be received before the next billing date through the account-management method made available to you or by email to admin@my-human-design.com.
Unless you request immediate deactivation, the service will remain available until the end of the period already paid for. Payments for a monthly period that has already begun are not refunded or prorated, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
If you request immediate deactivation, we may disable the service earlier, but doing so does not change the applicable refund calculation.
Annual or other prepaid subscriptions
An annual subscription renews at the end of its term only where automatic renewal has been enabled. If and when automatic annual renewal is offered, a renewal reminder will be sent at least 7 days before the renewal.
You may cancel renewal and continue using the service until the end of the prepaid term. If you request early termination during a prepaid term, any refund will be calculated as follows:
Refund = amount paid in advance, minus the regular undiscounted monthly price stated in the applicable order form multiplied by the number of monthly billing periods already started.
The refund will never be less than zero. Each monthly billing period that has started counts as a used month. This means that once the prepaid amount has been fully used when measured at the regular monthly price stated in the applicable order form, no refund remains. The order form must state the regular monthly price, prepaid price and subscription term. Any different promotional, pilot or customer-specific arrangement must be stated in writing.
Non-payment
If a payment fails or remains unpaid, we may retry collection, notify you and suspend or deactivate the service after a reasonable opportunity to resolve the payment issue. Ending access because a subscription has expired or remained unpaid does not create a refund entitlement for a period already provided.
Suspension or termination for breach
If access is suspended or terminated because of a material breach, misuse, security risk, infringement of intellectual-property rights or another ground permitted by the service agreement, amounts already paid are not refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable agreement.
Discontinuation by us
If we permanently discontinue the paid service before the end of a period you have already paid for, we will provide the notice required by the applicable service agreement and refund the unused prepaid portion, unless a customer-specific written arrangement provides another lawful remedy.
How to cancel
Send the cancellation request from an email address associated with the customer account to admin@my-human-design.com. Please include the business name and the website on which the widget is installed.
Email is the formal cancellation channel. If we receive an unambiguous cancellation request through WhatsApp or another informal channel, we will direct the customer to confirm it by email. If the customer confirms it by email within 7 calendar days, the date of the original unambiguous request will be treated as the notice date. Informal channels do not otherwise become formal channels for contractual notices.
This policy applies to business customers. Nothing in it limits a mandatory right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 11 October 2026
About these terms
This website is operated by Michal Ye'ela Mashraki, an Israeli sole proprietor, under the name MY Human Design by Michal Ye'ela ("MY Human Design", "we", "us" or "our").
These Terms of Use govern access to this public website, its content, demonstrations and inquiry flow. They do not replace the separate service agreement that applies when a business becomes a paying customer.
By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Business inquiries
The services promoted on this website are intended for businesses, professional practitioners and people authorized to act for them. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a business inquiry.
Submitting a questionnaire, requesting a call or receiving preliminary information does not guarantee acceptance as a customer and does not create a binding service agreement. A service relationship begins only when the relevant commercial terms and agreement are accepted through the process we provide.
Website content
The website is intended to explain the service and help potential customers evaluate whether it may suit their business. We may update, correct, remove or change website content, demonstrations, features, pricing and availability at any time before a binding customer order is accepted.
Roadmaps, planned features and references to future functionality describe current intentions only. They are not a promise that a feature will be developed or released by a particular date.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website, widget, interface, visual chart system, graphics, illustrations, text, branding, demonstrations, videos, layouts and proprietary software are owned by or licensed to MY Human Design and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view the website for personal evaluation, share a link to a public page and use reasonable excerpts where permitted by law and accompanied by appropriate attribution and a link to the source.
Without prior written permission, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, publish, sell, license or commercially exploit website content, chart graphics, screenshots, visual assets or demonstrations.
- Place chart graphics or screenshots in a paid report, book, course, presentation, template, advertisement, product or other commercial material.
- Use automated tools, scraping tools or artificial-intelligence systems to extract protected content, reconstruct the software or visual system, train a model on it, create a competing or derivative product, or imitate the widget's protected design or behavior.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, bypass, probe or attempt to obtain source code, non-public logic, datasets, security mechanisms or unauthorized access to the website or widget.
- Remove, obscure or independently alter a copyright notice, attribution, watermark or "Powered by" credit displayed by the system.
- Use our name, logo or branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or authorization that has not been given in writing.
Using an AI tool for private interpretation of your own personal chart does not by itself violate these Terms. The restriction applies to extraction, replication, training, commercial reuse and the creation of competing or derivative systems or materials.
Demo charts and personal use
Unless separate written permission or a customer agreement expressly allows otherwise, a chart generated through a public demonstration may be saved or shared only for the individual's personal, non-commercial reference. It may not be used as a graphic asset in a paid service, product, report, course, book, presentation, advertising campaign or other commercial publication.
Pilot and early-access services
During the initial launch period, certain services or features may be offered on a pilot, beta or early-access basis. They may contain errors, experience temporary interruptions or change as they are tested and improved. The specific features, pricing, support and terms applicable to each customer will be stated in the relevant order form or service agreement. This does not reduce any commitment expressly made in that agreement or any right that cannot lawfully be limited.
Human Design disclaimer
Human Design content and chart outputs are provided for informational, educational and self-reflection purposes. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment or advice from a qualified professional.
You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you interpret or use any output. Do not make medical, legal, financial, safety-related or other high-impact decisions solely on the basis of Human Design content.
Accuracy and third-party comparisons
We take care in developing and testing the calculation service. However, we do not promise that the website or every output will be uninterrupted, completely error-free or identical to the output of every third-party calculator. Different tools may use different data versions, assumptions, calculation methods, rounding or presentation rules.
If you believe you have found an error, contact admin@my-human-design.com with enough information for us to investigate it.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website to break the law, interfere with its operation, test its security without written authorization, introduce malicious code, submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, overwhelm the service, evade technical limits or infringe the rights of MY Human Design or any third party.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, service, users, customers or intellectual property.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to or use third-party services, including scheduling, video-conferencing and communication providers. We do not control third-party websites or services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to them.
Availability and liability
The public website and its demonstrations are provided on an "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, change the website or experience temporary interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MY Human Design is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss resulting from use of, or inability to use, the public website or from decisions made solely on the basis of its content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MY Human Design's total aggregate liability arising solely from use of the free public website, its demonstrations or its free content will not exceed USD 100. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Liability relating to a paid customer service is governed by the applicable service agreement, not by this public Website Terms page.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information through the website is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without limiting any mandatory protection that applies under law. Subject to any mandatory law or jurisdiction rule that cannot validly be excluded, the competent courts in the Central District of Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to this website.
Changes
We may update these Terms when the website, services or applicable requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.
